Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet on second floor. Shower and toilet separate from two sinks and vanity. New wood flooring in bedroom. Eleven foot ceilings giving a very sunny and airy feel. Two large windows facing south and east. All day sunshine and beautiful sunrises. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, laundry machines and enclosed porch. No pets as I have two small dogs. This townhome is located in a safe neighborhood super close to Cabrillo college and the bus line. Walking distance to Santa Cruz Montessori School, Willowbrook Park, Aj's Market and Cabrillo/Todal Fitness. One minute drive to highway one and New Brighton Beach.
We would prefer a female housemate. This isn't a party house and we do want a peaceful environment. No drama. Say hello in the hallway. Smoking only outside. LGBTQ and 420 friendly.

This room is month to months rental as I do not want anyone committed to a space that they may need to leave due to a change in their circumstances. Overall I want someone to stay long term.

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
