The homes vary in size and what they have to offer...picking up a resale is a good bet and can save that extra money. Looks like also, as I write this; we should be having more shops nearer to us here in a few years!! Good luck with your search. "

Nearly all the folk here are very friendly without living in each other's pockets...There used to be an active First Responders association but has closed.
