There is a one car garage with new garage door. Thru the garage is a laundry room that has additional storage area and a toilet. This room is not habitable and is to be used for storage only.

I live in Monterey which is a beautiful area but gets crowded all summer (and much of the rest of the year) with tourists for the many events they offer.
