Room Description

I have three specious bed rooms and one room for quiet time/office room to rent with a shared two full bathrooms a living room and a shared dining room. The laundry room is in the basement next to the second bathroom. Smoke free and pet free house in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are elderly great people and they deserve someone respectful. Currently one person living in the basement who's busy and working nights.

No smoking and pet free house. No drugs allowed, no violence. Only law abiding tenants

We appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood. It is generally very safe although there are places to avoid due to the occupants. We lock our doors and I don’t let my elementary school son walk alone around the block for safety, but I am a cautious person. It’s a busy, but quiet neighborhood. "
