Very nice 3 Br 2 bath home with 2 living areas. Tiled throughout except for the carpeted bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with all appliances included along with lots of cabinets, counter space & pantry. Front & backyard are low maintenance with artificial turf that looks nice year round. Walking distance to elementary & middle schools. Located just south of Montana and west of George Dieter making easy access to Ft Bliss & Loop 375.

Minimum lease is 1 yr and must begin no later than 1 week after application approval. Application fee is $50. per applicant. Pet deposit is $500. per pet with a total limit of 2 pets. We do not do Zillow applications and will provide an application at the showing if you want to proceed.
