Description

The location is highly desired for individuals close to the Loma Linda University, Redlands Hospital, and Downtown Redlands. $700 for rent includes utilities, washer and dryer, and internet.

In an effort to maintain a quality standard in our guests, we want to be clear on a few of our tenant requests and restrictions. These specifics will be outlined in our lease agreement, however, we want to be upfront with a few details to avoid any confusion along the way.

This residence has no smoking, pets, drugs, or overnight guests. In an effort to respect all tenants, quiet time is from 9pm - 7am. No laundry after 9pm. No unapproved house parties. Shared spaces including kitchen, dining/living space, bathrooms, and laundry room should be maintained and kept clean and orderly.

Electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
