The main house has three bedrooms one is a master with huge walk-in closet and full bath with a shower. There's another full bath in the hall with a spa tub then 2 more bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and mud room. There is also an in- law apt (part of main house that can be reverted back to a 4/3 with two masters, living room, office, family room, dining room, kitchen and mudroom) with 1 bedroom, office or 2 bedrooms depending on how you set it up along with a full kitchen, living room and bath with garden spa tub. The apt brings in $1,700 a month in rent which covers that mortgage. Both sides have appliances and there is a front load washer/dryer in the garage that is staying also. In the main house the kitchen cabinets and counters were installed 13 years ago when I bought. They are heavy nice wood with a pantry area. New wood floor, sink and faucet recently installed. The main house has new flooring in most of the rooms and I’m having the wood floor in the dining room sanded and re finished. The apt side recently had the kitchen cabinets, counter, sink and faucet replaced. Outside and inside were painted recently. There's also a 2-car attached garage which houses the well pump and bladder tank along with a Culligan water softener system (owned stays with). In the back yard there is a 14x22 workshop (with electric) along with another 8x12 smaller storage area that's attached to the workshop. The house sits in the middle of 1/2 of an acre that has beautiful Oak ,Norfolk and Mulberry trees that offer lots of privacy along with hibiscus, cannas and many other flowers and plants around the property. There is a nice circular driveway that allows for ample room for parking. Part of the property is privacy fenced. Also, there is NO HOA! Remodeling that has been done is a new 1000gal septic in 2012 pumped fall of 2020, the well pump and bladder tank were replaced fall 2022. New electric panel and outside meter and wiring installed in main house and workshop in 2015. New roof on main house in 2013 then half replaced in 2016 and also back half of workshop roof replaced then also (after Hurricane Matthew). New hot water tank 2016. Remodeling to be finished (which I have estimates IN HAND) both central heat/ac units replaced neither work as of now (window ac units for all rooms). All windows and doors replaced. New appliances and galley kitchen main house opened up. Remodeling of baths. The asking price reflects the remodeling that still needs finished. Homes in this area at this size average $450,000 in today’s market. Homes are selling fast in Ormond especially in this area, so don't miss out on this hidden gem. It's MUCH bigger than it looks/seems.
