It has been updated by edison, new swamp cooler, low flow toilets, shower heads and faucets. Co2 detectors and smoke detectors,They have also replaced the flooring with wood looking vinyl. Easy to clean!The property is fenced in the back yard with wood privacy fenced and then cross fenced with chain link. Front has chain link with rolling gate. Great neighborhood! This house has been well cared for. Will not last!

The police don't show up when you call, especially for loud parties after midnight or fireworks being shot off at all hours of the night, even though they are illegal here and a huge fire risk"
