About this House

There are hardwood floors down stairs in the family room, kitchen/dining area, and one of the bedroom and up stairs in the bonus room. In the bonus room upstairs I have added a third full bathroom. The bonus room is wired for surround sound with ceiling speakers. The kitchen has 42" cabinets with a glass back splash, granite counter tops and center island and all stainless steel appliances . Outside there are flower gardens with curbing in the front. I have added gutters to both levels of the house. The back yard is fenced in with a screened in Lilian and a 20' by 9' patio.

    "It’s safe to walk your dogs in the neighborhood. No speeding cars and there is plenty of open property to let them run and play if they would like. Maybe a couple more dog parks would be nice that are specifically for them. That way they can meet new dogs and the people can also create new relationships with each other as well. "

    "There is no public transit so you will definitely need transportation. If you live off 301 in Parrish the it doesn't take more than 15mins to get to the interstate. Ft Hamner bridge has opened up another avenue to get South but it's only 1 lane until Sr 64. Regardless of the downfalls of a little congestion the city or should I say country life in Parrish is beautiful the people can be a bit uppity but I would feel confident in saying it's a safe place."
