Description
Bamboo floors just installed!
Located within walking distance of three prestigious Maryland universities, Baltimore's Central Business District, and just three blocks from Penn Station sits the Residences at Government House. The Residences, a development project consisting of 8 unique market-rate apartment units built behind the walls of two adjoining 18th century rowhome facades, brings to the north-central neighborhood of Mt. Vernon a product that is in demand but sorely lacking - new rental housing without the high price tag.
This beautiful apartment was completed in 2012. The kitchen features deep caramel colored cabinetry, jet-black Energystar appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and an imported porcelain tiled floor. The sexy modern bathrooms feature lush darkwood vanities, marble floors and subway-tile tub surrounds. Other features include a video intercom, keyless front door, bamboo hardwood living room floors, plush Berber carpeting in the bedrooms, and a high-efficiency stacked washer/dryer.
The apartment is separately metered for electric and gas, has it's own hot water heater and HVAC system. Network and cable wiring in every room. Sign a 2 year lease by April 30th and receive one free parking space, behind the building, for your first year!
Just a short walk to Penn Station, University of Baltimore, Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), and the Johns Hopkins (JHU) shuttles. 3 minute free Circulator ride to downtown and the harbor.
Parking available onsite for a small additional fee.
