"There are not a lot of sidewalks in the back neighborhoods so you have to walk on the streets. Most dog owners are courteous and clean up after their pets, there are some that don’t though. Over all a good place to live with all the stores that you need within 2-3 miles of you and people are very friendly also."

"I drive and take the highway to work. The neighborhood I live in is a fifteen minute drive to the freeway which is less than ideal. Victoria park however is one of the best family neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale "

Centrally Located and lots of New Construction. 5 minutes from the beach and 15 excellent restaurants and all the shopping you can think of within walking distance. Just North of Victoria Park and Just South of Poinsettia Heights gives this neighborhood a great value. Walking distance to Holiday Park! Very dog friendly neighborhood. Newly paved Streets."
