The Ramon, at the corner of 10th and Corona Streets, close to downtown Denver as well as neighborhood shopping and dining, has the reputation of being one of Denver's premiere apartment buildings.

Built in the 1930s, the Ramon is located four blocks west of Denver's
Cheesman Park, and provides architectural features such as warm, hardwood floors, sculptured ceiling treatments, and large windows and distinctive arched doorways in many of its one-bedroom units. There are spacious closets in each unit..

That was me up until a few months ago when I found out I was pregnant. I will be moving west to the foothills/suburbia in August to foster a safer, happier life and future for my baby. Overall, denver/cap hill is just too loud, busy, and congested."
