Directly across the street from Theta Chi, this 112 E. State Street house is a huge three-story home with generous off-street parking in a prime location very close to Court Street and campus. This property has 6 and up to 7 large bedrooms and three full baths (one on each floor). The kitchen and living room setup make this a very comfortable space where everyone can congregate and commune, but may still head back to their own bedroom for privacy. A washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement. The large front porch is ideal for socializing, people-watching, and relaxing. There is a covered back porch as well. This home is zoned for either 6 (1st and 2nd floor) or up to 8 (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor). There is an additional 3rd floor bedroom with a full bath that can be negotiated with 8 tenants.

What this house is not: this house does not have granite countertops or a swimming pool. There's no clubhouse or workout facility. This is a huge college house with two cool porches, lots of room. This house is great for a group of friends, Ohio University students, Marching 110 band-mates, etc. Walking distance to Ohio University and Uptown. Graduate and Post-graduate students are preferred, undergrads will be considered.

Owner pays trash, water, sewer, tenants pay all other utilities. Please no pets.
