Great Clintonville location! Two blocks to N High St and wonderful restaurants, groceries, laundromat, public transportation and much more. Quiet, charming carriage house with plenty of street parking available. Lovely, large front yard providing pleasant sitting area and privacy from the street. *The exterior is no longer covered in ivy, however it is newly painted charcoal grey with deco green trim. Owners live next door so property is well taken care of and any issues are addressed extremely quickly.

Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No central air conditioning but window units are provided. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed within 10 feet of the house. Small pets accepted conditionally and requires a refundable deposit. Maximum 2 residents.
