Bright 3BR/3.5BA townhome in safe and quiet part of Herndon.

Hardwood floors and an open gourmet kitchen are part of the main floor of the home.

The house has two dedicated parking spaces but there's several visitor spaces available as well. Tysons takes about 30 minutes in the morning, 25 in the evening during normal rush hour times. Dulles is just 5-10 min away, as is Reston Town Center.

I require just a one month's rent security deposit, paid along with first month's rent. No pets, no smoking please.

Rent is $2750/month with a 12 month lease.
