About this House

Gorgeous walk out basement apartment. It was built 1 1/2 years ago. Light and airy...huge windows, big back yard. Killer design choices were made...by me of course:). 10 foot ceilings, massive amount of storage, washer, dryer. Quarts counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances 1 year ago.

Separate entrance, your own patio. Located right off 11400 S, everything is really close....Trader Joes, UPS, Harmons, the list goes on. It only takes 6-7 min to get on the freeway. The neighborhood is very safe and kind of posh! The house is beautiful and mostly well maintained..... I have a fight with the grass every summer....haha

Me and my 2 daughters live on the top 2 levels. We're respectful and fun...we have 1 dog Willow, you will see her as you come in and out. She is a great dog.

Also included 1 garage spot.

No smoking ... unless its the medicinal kind. Utility bills and internet are all split and vary based on the season. I would prefer adults only apply.
