About this House

Fantastic family home in great neighborhood with community pool and hockey rink. Huge backyard with a trampoline, and swing/play set for the kids. Two car garage with ample space for workshop/gym or man cave. Room to park two cars in the driveway as well as consistently available on street parking. Comes equipped with refrigerators in the kitchen and garage, a new dishwasher and reliable electric oven and stovetop. Newer washer and dryer in the laundry room which can potentially stay for a price. New wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint was installed less than a year ago. A new roof is being installed prior to the current tenant moving out - it does not leak but we are taking advantage of the most recent storm to prevent any leaks in the future. Perfect for a young family with lots of kids in the neighborhood(we lived there for over ten years with our daughter before moving last year. Would have happily stayed if family obligations did not require us to move. Easy access to 80 and 20 for commuters. Affordable home in a good area for a long term lease. Available partially furnished or unfurnished In mid March.

Renter pays all utilities. Water, power, electric and trash. Super fast AT&T fiber internet is available if renter has account.
