A new roof is being installed prior to the current tenant moving out - it does not leak but we are taking advantage of the most recent storm to prevent any leaks in the future. Perfect for a young family with lots of kids in the neighborhood(we lived there for over ten years with our daughter before moving last year. Would have happily stayed if family obligations did not require us to move. Easy access to 80 and 20 for commuters. Affordable home in a good area for a long term lease. Available partially furnished or unfurnished In mid March.
