This bright, spacious Conch Cottage sleeps up to four. The home features two bedrooms, each with a Queen-Sized bed and private closet. The full sized bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms!

Tall ceilings and natural lighting highlight the historical charm of this home. Expansive shiplap cabinets wrap around the full kitchen, making it the perfect spot to curate meals and memories. This home is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Machine, Dishwasher and 2 in 1 Laundry. Head out to the secluded front porch to sit back and sip your morning coffee. In the courtyard just steps away is a shared complex pool to take a quick dip! Private parking on premises makes coming home after a long day convenient and easy.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

- Please note this home is apart of a quad and has shared exterior spaces with three other close-by homes.
- There is a two in one washer/dryer located inside of the unit. Please note the machine is meant for small loads only and is slow due to the two in one capabilities.
- The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25 years old or older.
- Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows: 1 pet maximum, 30lb maximum, & additional fees are required. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.

General Policies: Renters will not receive any refund or reimbursement within 60 days of arrival. Outside of 60 days renters can receive a full refund. Renters must provide a written request.
