Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 28, 2024
Welcome to Waterford Rhye. What a lovely lakefront community at the corner of Maybeury Drive and Patterson Avenue. This particular home was recently purchased and completly and painstakingly renovated to complement the quality of the community and highest expectations of the buyer. New floors throughout including freshly refinished real hardwood floors, kitchen, bath room flooring and wall to wall carpet upstairs. The kitchen was remodeled with luxurious granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel GE appliances including side by side refrigerator, smooth top cooking with overhead exhaust, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has a lovely sitting area and there is also a pass through over the sink to a more formal dining room. The step down family room is quite spacious and framed by built in bookcases centering a wood burning fireplace, (gas is available), and a wall of patio doors onto the deck. A powder room and two closets round out the first floor.
Upstairs are two rather spacious bedrooms and two beautiful new full baths. The back bedroom has a private ensuite bath with double vanity. There is plenty of closet space and lots of natural light for both of these rooms. A washer/dryer closet and pull down attic with full storage complete this floor.
Outside is quite livable with a large deck and storage closet. The front of the home has a small sitting porch which is really a significant amentiy for the community. We have loved working on this project and hope that the care and attention to detail are obivous to you as well.
BTW there is super comfy gas heat and hot water and central air as well.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth my children (one with an IEP) attend Maybeury. The school is a wonderful community. The teachers have been amazing. I honestly feel like they know each of my children and appreciate them for their individual skills and talents. My kids are thriving. The PTA is active and provides so many opportunities and additional resources for both teachers, students and families overall. Go for a tour of the school! You’ll see.Parent Review1y ago - Tuckahoe Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSOME teachers are great and amazing, people love their class and are excited to learn. Some teachers, on the other hand, are just unfair, and normally the person who was being bullied or whatever gets in trouble. A lot of teachers honestly do not care when people are cursing, or when people are being racist. Sometimes they care, but if someone is being racist to Asian people, they don't. I understand that not all schools are perfect, but sometimes it is unacceptable how they get angry at friendly playing around, but not when people are actually being mean. Also, they PAY for apps like LEXIA Power up, which is supposed to teach you grammar or whatever, but really just takes 30 minutes to explain one activity, and if you get a question wrong, they don't explain why, they just make you answer 5 questions. If you mess up any of those, you have to answer MORE questions. Other than that, it is a great school.Student Review2mo ago - Freeman High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child is mixed race. This is a good school, but racial prejudice is still an issue, as is the case throughout America. I'm white and there is simply no reason for anyone to use the "N" word, and as frequently as my kid heard it. To broad brush the entire school as sub-performing though is unfair,Parent Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 1116 Lakeland Cir.
