    "Nothing. It’s trashy, dirty and unsafe. Homeless people everywhere. Euclid Avenue smells like a huge toilet. Do not live here you will hate it. "

    "Too many cars in this area and most drive way too fast. Insurance rates will increase greatly in this area. Most streets are not well lit and there are a lot of homeless people roaming the streets or camped out in front of stores. It is not a safe area. "

    "I see people walking their dogs but never pick up the poop they leave. It’s disgusting. This area is saturated with homeless people. Trash is everywhere and not just from the homeless it’s from the people who live here. Streets are dirty. No one seems to care. "
