Regardless of their varied interests (from theater to student council to Advanced Placement courses to foreign languages to sports), Foothill has provided challenging and supportive opportunities aligned with my children's skills and future goals. They were taught by talented and invested teachers who have created a community of continued learning. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a joke, this is my daughter's second year attending this school and I can honestly say they dont help at all, my daughter has sever hyperactivity, with other conditions and yet she gets no help, im battling to get an IEP and they don't take it seriously, shes on medication but it doesnt always help her 24/7. Her teacher does not help her and instead of coming to me so we can come up with a plan she tells me my daughter never listens. This school had gone downhill very quick, to firing the principle to never communicating with the parents of this school. The teacher herself has no idea what she is doing and basically my daughter is a project to her. This is the teachers second year teacher but still acts like its her first day teaching, she does not know how to work with children who need extra help and frankly I'm tired of it, the no communication and just saying my daughter is a bad kid is beyond ridiculous.Parent Review5mo ago24 Reviews - Jack & Terry Mannion Middle School

"No public stop in area. Nearest is a long way. Great for walkers. No good for elderly or handicapped people needing transportation from state busses. Aren’t any. "

"This home is is just several blocks from one of the cleanest and most family friendly parks for families and children. Covered BBQ area's, fun water play area. Extremely low crime rate, like living in the days you didn't worry about locking your doors. Wonderful schools, elementary, middle, and High Schools all within walking distance, with the convenience of having the community college in walking distance as well, Neighborhood is very quiet, clean and the neighbors all look out for each other. You can not find a better neighborhood than Mission Hills. Some lucky couple with children will have the opportunity to purchase this home, priced well below market. The backyard is ready for you to design your dream play area for your children, Pool is securely fenced to protect your children, two entrances to the pool, Sliding glass doors going out to the backyard. Sliding glass doors also have access to the backyard, door in family room, just off the kitchen gives you access to the pool for that fun family BBQ, with bar included. This is a beautiful home that needs just a little TLC to become the dream home you have always wanted. Safety for your children, near by schools, wonderful park with in walking distance. What more could you ask for. "

"Use to work at sunset stations. Never get traffic in 8 years...only 10 min. for 10 m. Several options for food/beverage. No traffic nose. Birds on the backyard all year around. Great sky/stars."

"All kinds of shopping close by. All kinds of restaurants close by. Medical centers and a Hospital are close by as well. The Vegas Strip is just a few minutes drive away, yet far enough to feel like you live in the country. Downtown Henderson is a small and quite town. The police station is just a or so mile away and unlike in Las Vegas, they respond within minutes of any call. The climate is dry and comfortable most of the year. The summer heat takes time getting used to, but most people quickly learn to cope when they hear of all the bad weather elsewhere. Humidity is rare and winters are mild. "

"Paradise court is very quiet, it is on the very end of Henderson, just prior to Boulder city via 93/95 or boulder hwy. Very pet ,children and family friendly. as with most of Henderson, near by are parks, and rec centers, including senior center and aquatic center, which are absolutely gorgeous! Two near by dog parks , yes that's right dog parks!!!!! Several super markets, walmart, lowes, auto repair, all nearby on boulder hwy. car enough away to not be bothered by tourist, but close enough to enjoy all areas of las vegas. I love it here!"

"This area is quiet and a great get away!!! Right off the expressway, and only 5 mins from the 215 beltway. This community has very friendly people and is very clean! These townhomes are huge and spaceous."
