Just steps from New Brighton State Beach, this home offers a cozy atmosphere adorned with curated artwork throughout.

The living room has a large screen smart TV for you to access to any streaming services guests subscribe to. Wifi internet will be provided at no charge during the stay.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a full spice cabinet, and large dining table for eating. Enjoy your own private outdoor seating area and a convenient grilling station.

The bedrooms are all up the stairway on level 2. The first bedroom features a queen bed, tv, and a closet, while the second bedroom offers a single bed, TV, and closet. There is a full bath and shower sharable between both rooms. There is also a half bath on the ground floor.

Stay comfortable year-round with central forced heating and explore the lovely walking paths around the community grounds. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at your Capitola getaway!

Guest Access:

You will have access to 2 bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, dining/living room, and the outdoor seating patio with grill section. The 3rd bedroom will not be accessible during your stay, no one will be using it but it will be locked.

The condo building has 4 units total which share a laundry room situated between both sides garage doors and is available for your use. It is a pay per use service in the complex.

There is a garage that will NOT be available to use during the stay, but you will get exclusive use of the single car driveway section. You can park one car in guest parking in the complex or there is street parking for extra cars just steps away from the condo.

Other Things To Note:

This property is for longer stays of 30 days or more, ideally someone needing a 4 month stay. If you are needing a slightly different length than 4 months, please reach out for consideration.

Guests will be required to follow the condo complexes rules laid out in the CC&Rs which you will be provided prior to check in. All guests will be required to sign a lease agreement as well for the duration of the stay since it is a stay longer than 30 days.

There will be a deposit required of $2500 at lease signing.

All utilities, garbage, electricity, water, and wifi will be setup for you and included in your booking fee. You can show up just like a hotel with a suitcase and the unit will be ready to go for you, no setup required.
