Pet fees and pet rent will be charged for dogs and cats only. Other animal types are welcome without a fee, subject to approval.

Fees and deposits and pet rent not applicable to authorized service or assistance animals.

American Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, or any dog that is a mix of these breeds, along with other restricted breeds are not accepted.

Lease is for 12 months - longer duration leases can be considered upon request.
