Large front porch and a nice lighted back deck. Oversized lot has back yard enclosed with a 5 foot privacy fence. Basement has a walkout as well as an in-home access, one room in basement has been converted to a fourth bedroom. Lots of windows. Gas furnace with AC. Paved off street parking area for 2 cars.

Pet deposit $750 plus $25 per month per pet.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
