This school allows teachers to cuss at 3rd grade classes, the teacher wasn't when a licensed teacher she was the school librarian turned teacher for a year. The principal was awful blaming the students for the teachers potty mouth. Now the principal is the superintendent and continues to destroy the school system in hawthonre even more. My children are distrustful of the staff at the school now because they were ignored when they went to the adults for help. This school is the WORST school I have ever been seen. With the exception of one teacher, this school is In need of a full staff replacement including the school board and superintendent. I contacted the school board and was never helped with the situation my daughter was facing in school. This year hasn't started off any better even with the new principal.
