Great location! We are one block from banks, many restaurants, stores and a post office. The apartment is located on the first floor with your own private entrance. We totally renovated this apartment! We installed a new laminate wood floor, new lighting, new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, and two new bathrooms. We provide a new stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The apartment is all electric. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer hookup. There is plenty of parking available. We are close to The Streets of St. Charles.

We require a one year's lease. We change your furnace filter every 90 days.

    "Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "
