About this House

Welcome to your home away from home located right on Carlsbad beach with a balcony overlooking Tamarack beach and lagoon. This furnished home is fully equipped with all the furnishings and essentials to step right in and live life on your terms. Love Living Management can rent this unit for as little as a month at a time. This is a 3rd floor condo with secure garage parking, an elevator, and a community jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to Carlsbad Village and a short drive or Legoland. Or just stay close and surf. This is a 31+ day rental. There is heating but no air conditioning.

The main room is perfect for hosting. Six-person dining table inside and a 4-person table outside. The home has a full sectional sofa. There is a large tv in the main room and a tv in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has a private elevator for guests and owners.

We are pet friendly with an additional pet deposit. The price is for the current month, pricing is subject to change due to seasonality.

Prospective tenants may book on our website or sign a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
