Description

Fabulous intown townhome located on the beltline! This townhome features fresh paint, an attached garage, hardwoods, and a terrific location. You will love walking to Grant Park, the Beacon, and everything Grant Park/Boulevard Heights has to offer. This would be an excellent roommate floor-plan since both rooms have en suite bathrooms. The floor-plan is open with a half bath on the main floor. Park Row is a well maintained, gated community. You are conveniently located near Georgia State University, downtown, Midtown, and the Fourth Ward. Behind the community is a very quiet neighborhood (Boulevard Heights) that is great for walking and you are also close to the Atlanta Beltline.

"People walk their dogs on leash all the time. They are well behaved and friendly. Very rarely-a dog will have escaped from their backyard and may be wondering around alone. Everyone is really good at immediacy posting about if the dog was seen anywhere! "

"It is right on the future area of the BeltLine. You can walk to Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta and Boulevard Crossing Park. It is just a few miles from Downtown and Midtown Atlanta and other attractions like Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market. The neighborhood is diverse and there are a lot of cute affordable houses. There are also condos and apartments. There are a lot of trees. It is easy access to I-85 and I-20."
