"My commute to work is less then 5 minutes. Not to bad. "
  • 7qnw4xdkrd
"Great for small families or couples without kids. Our hoa is very focused on kid friendly activities and holiday get togethers. Bluewood street is truly the nicest, most respectful group of people all on one street. Very safe, very friendly and very easy going"
  • Michelle Freeman
"I currently work from home, but daily commuting can be rough due to the drastic influx of new city residents and a lack of infrastructure to support the city’s tremendous growth."
  • Trulia User
"Nice people and safe place to be. I have lived in Princeton for 10+ years and watched it grow. Love living near the water. "
  • hdrozo
"I see a lot of dogs walking around the lakes . It’s nice to see different ones. Princeton at Bridgewater is looking nice. But they should have more lights around the lake just for us women to feel safer when we go out. "
  • Terri
"Community amenities are great. We have a 2 pools, one with a lazy river, sand volleyball, putt putt course, and walking trails. "
  • Daisy K.
"I've lived here for 3 years, and I love that it has that small town friendly feel, but that big town mind your own business feel. It's a really nice and unique mix. "
  • Irma V.
"There is always an accident on 380 you must be very careful. You have to make it a point to leave on time or you will be caught in heavy traffic. "
  • Leeann S.
"I have lived in Princeton for about 2 and half years now. Our neighborhood is nosy at times but mostly hardly any noise. "
  • Jordan F.
"People know people. Very tight knit community that normally has your back when something goes wrong. "
  • Dominique L.
"The school is really good i enjoy my daughter going here. i have not really had any problems in this area."
  • Leonarddominique25
"I've lived here for 5 yrs and the teachers are great. No one has ever broken in to our home and the city is starting to build up. "
  • Marlo O.
"Great schools. Safe neighborhoods. Family environment. Amazing police force. I’ve been here 5 years and I love the place. "
  • Tre Hars
"Small town feel. Great shopping and access to major highways within 15-20 minutes. People are friendly. Princeton is growing, so more people are moving in and more shops and eateries are coming, as well. "
  • Tre Hars
"During high traffic (work commuting) times, it’s Long. Really long depending on where you work. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to I-75 in McKinney from Princeton. Then factor in any commute that requires travel on I-75. 380 is congested at peak drive times, but I think some of that is due to the major construction work to add medians. Your commute into Dallas or surrounding areas can take as little as 40 minutes, or up to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and whether you’ll drive through peak drive times. "
  • Tre Hars
"Very few sidewalks in residential areas, but I think the city is fixing this. There is a nice (little) park downtown that is easily walkable with stations to clean up after your dog. There is a dog park at the large community park, but you need to drive to get there (no sidewalks on the streets to get there). Once you’re there, the park has walking trails and lots of open park space to enjoy, along with sport fields and courts."
  • Khrisie D.
"There are all walks of lifestyles here. All friendly, kind nature. We are all going through everyday life in general. Even if we have kids or furry kids we all look out for kids riding bikes & the cars passing by. We all look out for each other here, weather there’s a death, new life born, lost pet, someone in need. We r here. "
  • Rob
"it's an okay place to live. Typical bedroom community. Nice park, but downtown is lacking. Very well staffed although modest in size library. "
  • Trwalsh63
"easy to drive on country roads no traffic it's relaxing and pleasant stress free it's so wonderful I'm happy to do it twice a day"
  • Dmontoya1226
"access to major highways, town is growing like the rest of Dallas. will have more retail shops and restaurants with great views of the lake soon"
  • Amyraeduncan
"We have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and we love it here. The neighbors are friendly and it is a quiet neighborhood. "
  • Geraldmatinez
"I love Princeton is so quiet and a wonderful place to rise your kids!!!All places are close to this town city!!! Definitely I recommended this place to live and have a nice and quality life with your family "
