Description

This charming 3 bedroom house in West Central Hillside is located just above the craft district. It features a large living room and dining room, a full bathroom, a light kitchen with an enamel sink and lots of counters space, and a walkout porch overlooking the community garden right next the house. The second floor has three bedrooms and another full bathroom. In the basement, you will find plenty of storage and the laundry machines.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1750 as well as all utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
