If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night and per individual penalty. Use the Wi-Fi responsibly and do not download illegal content. Dispose of trash in the provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check in for it to not be a guest-related issue. No food is allowed in the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness. Wipe makeup before sleeping. Lock all windows and doors when leaving the suite. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls. Do not break any sprinklers and only drive on the driveway and not on the dirt. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation.
