6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have improved greatly musically because of the band and chorus program. I would also say that the Honors classes are very good, challenging, etc. The normal classes however, are very sad compared. 8th grade math is so incredibly different (easier) from 8th grade Algebra to the point that it isn't fair. I haven't had good experience with any help from bullying (though I have had and witnessed a lot of experience with bullying). Because of all this, I would rate this a 5/10 school. It could be a good time... as long as you fit inside the small box that qualifies you as "normal".Student Review4y ago - North Augusta High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey will tell u no child is left behind but my grandson is in Special Ed his name is Juan Kutler the school will not let him go to school he has not been back to school in 4 months. we have called the board of education they just keep putting Juan on the back burner so now we are fighting for him we are going to channel 12 news and we have a lawyer all this because they will not let him go to school I have not ever in my life seen anything like this. they just give us the cold shoulder. Juan needs an education the school was supposed to send him to an alternative school but they said this time they cannot make up their minds to keep him 45 days or 90 days like really? if anyone else has had this problem please get in touch with me and let's stop this or we can do it by ourselves. our lawyer even said this was messed up but we are going to change this for I am sure there may be others that has been given the run-around.Parent Review2y ago - Mossy Creek Elementary School

"Dog park is relatively small and most dogs that go there are smaller breeds. Although you can walk your dog on the sidewalk there is a lot of busy roads. The best place to walk your dog is at North Augusta Greenway; paved trails and beautiful view."

"There is certain racial hostility here. Yes the area is somewhat “diverse” but there are still some racial issues that I see everywhere that I had to get used to when I moved here. So I’d suggest being cautious if you are a family of color moving here."

"This is a very safe and family oriented city. Neighborhood stead are always well kept, neighbors are always friendly and houses are beautiful. The cost of living in North Augusta is low with property taxes being affordable, and this was one of the factors that appealed to us. House prices are average comparing to neighboring cities like Evans and Martinez in Augusta, GA. There is significant new construction in the area, specially off of Exits 1 and 5 on I-20. Downtown restaurant are great and varied and the new baseball park off the river is a great attraction. Downtown Augusta and all the night life is just minutes from North Augusta. Over all, North Augusta is a great place to live and raise a family."
