"Although it's a small area of San diego, you can find most everything you need in Rancho Penasquitos. It's a safe place to live with a great school system. You will find all the shopping you need. "Significant Increasing of homeless and illegal activities around the area. There is some car lost report once or twice a month. Good elementary school but horrible middle school due to the bullying problems which principals can’t resolved. "
