Looking for a space that won't blow out your budget? This alcove studio has been freshly updated with new flooring, kitchen and bath. Maximum occupancy is one adult due to size.

Note: This is a walk out basement apartment. I swore to myself I would never buy a building with this set up. Yet, it offers a surprisingly amount of natural light. Now I'm a fan after I updated it with new flooring, lights, bath, etc.

Whatever you do, don't try to squeeze a queen size box spring or bed into this unit. It won't work! Door size is 65" high x 28" wide. It's a 70" diagonal opening in case you are wondering what will fit. Prior resident had a full size bed and it worked great.

Super convenient location. Plaza shopping center is only a few blocks down the street and the bus stop is one block away. You might as well ditch your car and enjoy a life without car payments or repair bills. Better yet, you can bike to all your favorite attractions.

In addition to rent, we charge a $30 utility fee to help us offset the big bills like heat, water, electric and property management software.

Will consider 1 well behaved cat or dog for an extra pet fee. The pet fee is $300 at lease signing or $30/mo pet rent.
