"This neighborhood is in high demand, Located just across Lady Bird Lake from Downtown Austin. This section of the lake will soon be accessed by a new boardwalk that will keep the many runners, walkers and joggers off of busy E. Riverside Drive. The neighborhood is walkable with S. "Travis Heights is an adorable neighborhood -- very stroll-able and close proximity to Downtown and some of Austin's weirdest and nicest restaurants and bars. Travis Heights Elementary is a prime school and received a GreatSchools Rating of 5 out of 10. Mature trees everywhere. Some will find the neighborhood a bit eclectic. "
