New architectural shingled roof as of August, 2012.
Built in 1960 like a rock! No plywood sheeting for floor base or roof. All 2" boards.
Taxes for 2011 = $976

Lower level has a �½ bath and �½ of the lower level space is presently used as family room and extra bedroom w/ ceiling fans and decorative lights, large cedar closet. On the laundry/storage side is a small shower. Also, an antique full size large porcelain kitchen sink w/ metal base cabinet. Great for canning or additional cooking or laundry needs. At one time a gas stove was there too (has hook ups). Lots of shelving for storage and storage closets!

The Washington pool and parks are only walking distance from where I am and if you love bar scene there are 5 of them on front street which you can either walk or drive to which when the weather is right I would suggest walking to them, you also have the river front trail along the Missouri River "
