A great 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home or investment property located off Bellaire Blvd in West Houston. A growing area with all the amenities that anyone would want. The lot backs up to the bayou and has wonderful trees to help keep the roof protected from Houston sun. The home has not flooded due to the many improvements made in the area to provide water runoff.
