Light-filled historic 2 bed/1 bath home is available for rent in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood. The home boasts beautiful, newly refinished vintage wood floors, a working fireplace and graceful architectural features reminiscent of the period.

The home has just completed a substantial remodel. The bathroom features refinished tile floor, new bathroom sink vanity and vanity light with full-sized show/tub combo.

A new quartz countertop, new sink and faucet have just been installed with freshly painted original cabinets. There is a brand new stainless steel refrigerator and freezer installed. The entire interior has been freshly painted with new light fixtures throughout the home. We've upgraded about half the windows to brand new vinyl windows.

The neighborhood is in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood, with all of the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment on offer there. Its walkable and bikeable to most of Eugene with ample access to transit.

Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed, but owner will review and approve on a case by case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and additional pet rent of $25/month for each pet approved.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Power, Water & Sewer, Natural Gas, Refuse Service and Internet/Cable, if desired.

Laundry: Home includes washer/dryer hookups.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
