This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse (unit A) was completed in 2023. It has a wonderful farmhouse sink and quartz countertops in the kitchen. It comes with nearly new appliances (washer and dryer, a side by side refrigerator and dishwasher.) It has a spacious covered front porch.

Relet is available to move in now through July 25, 2025. The current tenant can offer flexibility in move-in date and rent amount contingent upon details of the request. Tiger Properties will require any new tenants to pay a security deposit of one months rent ($1550) and the maintenance of renter's insurance throughout the lease period. Any prospective tenant(s) must pay the agency's application fee to determine their eligibility before being approved to rent the unit, which is a decision at the sole discretion of Tiger Properties. The rental rate does not include any utilities, which are the responsibility of the tenant.
