Description

New Seabury Golf Course Frontage. First time on the market! Panoramic views from southeast facing elevated site on the championship golf course. Enjoy the superb floor plan with beautiful light-filled spaces and cool breezes on the hottest of summer days. This perfectly sited family home is set back behind a circular driveway lined with mature Rhododendrons. Designed by esteemed Harvard-trained architect Elizabeth Chapman, and inspired by a trip to England's Cotswolds, this modern interpretation of an English country cottage makes this 2,713 square foot home one of New Seabury's most special properties. Great floor plan -- master bedroom on the first floor, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, 2-1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. First floor rooms have sliding door access to deck and patios. Original brick fireplace. This well-built home, a complete rebuild in 1992, boasts custom millwork, inset cabinetry and plaster walls throughout, angled staircase and large window views from every room. Newly redone/replaced: windows, water heater, shower, attached storage shed, oven, and ADA-compliant toilets. New roof installed Feb. 5. Fixture in foyer excluded in sale.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

And there is so much to do in the area - there is Mashpee Commons and South Cape Village, with their shops and restaurants, and the local library that has just been built - gorgeous - and theaters and movie houses.
