This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is located on the second floor of a 5 unit apartment building conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown Westminster area. The large eat-in kitchen has ceramic tile floors and plenty of solid wood cabinetry. Kitchen includes a ceramic top stove, range hood, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and garbage disposal. There is also a small storage closet/pantry in the kitchen There is recess lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom also has ceramic tile flooring and has a stand-up shower, deep soaking tub, pedestal sink and toilet. The bathroom is really spacious! The main bedroom is a good size and has a ceiling fan. We have installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. This bedroom has a large closet with mirrored doors. The secondary bedroom is a decent size with a double closet. The living room has original hardwood flooring and a gas fireplace. The living room windows allows for nice natural sunlight to enter this room. There is a front and back entrance. There is a small room that is a shared space that can be used for a quiet reading room, work space, etc. This unit has central air and heat pump. There is a shared laundry area that has 2 washers and 2 dryers that is not coin-operated. This laundry is shared with 5 apartment units. One designated parking space in the rear and you can also obtain a permit for street parking for an additional vehicle for $10.00 per year!
