There is also a small storage closet/pantry in the kitchen There is recess lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom also has ceramic tile flooring and has a stand-up shower, deep soaking tub, pedestal sink and toilet. The bathroom is really spacious! The main bedroom is a good size and has a ceiling fan. We have installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. This bedroom has a large closet with mirrored doors. The secondary bedroom is a decent size with a double closet. The living room has original hardwood flooring and a gas fireplace. The living room windows allows for nice natural sunlight to enter this room. There is a front and back entrance. There is a small room that is a shared space that can be used for a quiet reading room, work space, etc. This unit has central air and heat pump. There is a shared laundry area that has 2 washers and 2 dryers that is not coin-operated. This laundry is shared with 5 apartment units. One designated parking space in the rear and you can also obtain a permit for street parking for an additional vehicle for $10.00 per year!

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
