"I’ve lived here for 12 years and it’s a great spot. I feel secure as a female walking around. I’ve had packages delivered to my house and sit outside for several days without being stolen. The location can’t be beat - 15 mins from downtown, minutes from the airport, and with malls, grocery store and restaurants nearby. Love the location!"

"Convenient to everything! Airport 10 minutes, beaches 40 minutes, mall down the street and another close by, schools are great. Elementary, and Jr. High a mile away and high school 2 miles. Just great"

"My husband and I just moved out of this condo after about a year and a half because we bought a house nearby, you know, the newlywed thing to do. We LOVED living here; the condo is updated with granite countertops, black appliances, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, etc. so we loved showing it off to friends and family. The best part of this place is the HUGE bedroom with a sizable walk-in closet. The condo is also located just steps away from the clubhouse, where the mail, pool, and gym are. If you are interested in a luxurious rental, I HIGHLY recommend for you to take a tour of this place and also the clubhouse area. You will be sold. :)"
