This is a fabulous 4 bedroom (two master suites with king beds and two other bedrooms are furnished with one queen bed and two sets of twin over full bunks respectively), 3.5 bath, 2-story home nestled in the boutique community of Sunset Key on the north side of Inlet Beach. Affording plenty of space for guests to roam, this stunning rental also features smart televisions in both living areas and bedrooms with the (exception of the bunk room), Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to whip up a quick snack or meal. There are two coffee makers: one can be used with coffee pods and one can be used with coffee grounds. At the back side of the house is a propane barbecue paver patio and built in seating (solely for guests residing in the home) . Four adult cruiser bikes are available for guest use, as well.

You can't beat the proximity to the Inlet Beach public beach access and numerous local shopping and dining options at 30 Avenues, The Pointe (0.7 miles), Rosemary (1.1 miles), Seacrest (1.3 miles) and Alys Beaches (2 miles)! The walk to the Inlet Beach Regional Access is 1/2 mile.

Property: The Property is located at 11 Sunset Key Court, Inlet Beach, FL fully furnished, and available for rent from November 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027.

Lease Term: This is a month-to-month lease, with a minimum rental period of one month.
Rent: The monthly rent is $4,300, due on the 1st of each month.

Utilities: All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, trash) are included in the rent amount. Any overage or excessive usage beyond normal limits will be charged separately to the Tenant.

Occupancy: Only the individuals listed in this agreement may occupy the Property. Subletting is not allowed.

Miscellaneous: The Tenant is responsible for any damages to the Property, excluding normal wear and tear. The Landlord reserves the right to inspect the Property with reasonable notice. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Pets are not allowed.
