The home is centrally located to the SF Bay Area and Napa valley a ten min drive to the SF ferry and 45 min drive to downtown Napa. Kaiser hospital and Touro University are both 10 min drives, charming historic Benicia is also a ten min drive.

First month rent and deposit is due at signing the contract to secure the home. A new month lease agreement with the rent is due at signing for those wishing to extend a month ( no new deposit is required. Owner reserves the right to enter the home providing a 24 hour notice for home repairs inside or outside of the home.. Owner pays utilities, water and garbage. This is a 30 day min rental with the option to extend for a total of a five month maximum stay. No smoking of anything inside the home, no extended guests.
