Public boat ramp is 1/8 mile. Great for people who love the river, York and yet you will miss the summer traffic jams because there is a direct route to Kittery and Portsmouth that bypasses route 1.

You will love this house! The lease is from 11/26 to 7/1/27. We can work with the military/government relocation clauses. We generally do not raise the rent from year to year, only tenant to tenant. You will not be charged extra for pets and various other items that a management company would charge for. Full clean basement for storage or gym etc..
