There are two fireplaces, a new washer and dryer, as well as wide, heart pine wood floors throughout; there are also large closets in the bedrooms and the common area, with the front bedroom's a walk-in closet. The building is very quiet with a professional design office on the first floor and a second studio apartment in the rear of the building.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."

    "I’ve lived here for a year my neighbors are great for the most part and the streets are quite . My landlord is my neighbor no issues . Down fall is there is a public park on a dead end street. Questionable people always show up late at night but the police patrol the area great. "
