"I live in Gregory Gardens. The residents are nice and respectful. They look out for your kids and one another. Plenty of kids playing in the neighborhood. Coming from NYC, the parks are gorgeous and clean. A lot of restaurants and stores are in close proximity from neighborhoods. Overall it’s safe and peaceful."

"Gregory Gardens has a small town feel despite being so close to some of the largest cities in the country. People walk their dogs, kids ride their bikes to school, and most people keep up their homes so that the neighborhood still looks nice. There are a ton of older trees, which gives the neighborhood a natural vibe. "

"There are a number of homeless people about. Overall it’s a nice area. The schools are nearby and the college is close to the high school. There are nice walking trails for the kids to get to school "
