Looking for neat, responsible tenants who will treat house as if their own. No smoking allowed in house. Credit Bureau report, Prior Rental history references, and income references will be conducted on applicants. Unfortunately, showings not possible until December.

Side walk lined by trees and flowersHOA takes care of everything. Not only landscape, lawn cares, but also power wash your deck, sidings, snow plow the road and driveway, even shuffle clean your front porch!! Neighbors are mostly retired professionals (professors, doctors, lawyers, etc), they are best neighbors you can ask. No second thought to leave fir a ling vacation. "
