Year-round rental in Hampton Beach available October 1st. The apartment could possibly be available slightly earlier than 10/1. This is a 2+ bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has all new floors and is currently undergoing minor upgrades and is being fully repainted. Gas heat, water and sewer are included in the rental price. The tenant is responsible for electricity. Two back-to-back off-street parking spaces are included. Please note that the photos included in the listing have been taken as the unit is being prepared for rental and are not representative of the finished product! Small, covered deck outside of door to unit, that is also undergoing repair and repaint.

The owner pays for gas heat, hot water and sewer. The tenant pays for electricity. The main room has a gas wall heater. Bedrooms have electric baseboard heaters. The past tenant did not use the baseboard heaters as the heater in the living room reportedly provided enough heat for the entire apartment. There is a small deck outside the entrance to the unit that is partially covered. The apartment is in the back building on the lot, with two small apartments upstairs. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. Tenant parking is only allowed in the two parking spots assigned to the unit. I may consider a pet, and may add additional requirements regarding having a pet on the premises (insurance, vaccinations, etc.). The tenant is responsible for snow removal.
