No Fee rental. $2750 for rent and $200 for Water / Sewer/ Trash since those accounts are in my name so total of $2950 / month including Water/Sewer/Trash. Renter pays for other utilities ( Gas, electric, Internet, Cable etc ). House is in great condition and a corner lot with big detached garage. We just repainted the whole house, new Redwood Fence and installed new light fixtures and refaced kitchen cabinets
